Collection and use of personal data of customers, suppliers and other contractors

We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us, because this is necessary to enter into and perform a possible agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or requirements a product or service must meet, to deliver goods or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the execution of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for entering into and performing the agreement. For purchasing, we need this data to inform you of the specifications or requirements we have for a product or service, to send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

If you are a business relation, we use your data to contact you for purposes that are in the interest of our company. This may include discussing possible cooperation, providing and obtaining information, and maintaining our network.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide sufficient personal data, it may be impossible for us to carry out the activities mentioned above

Disclosure to third parties

In connection with performing a possible agreement with you, we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply components, materials and products to us, or that perform work on our behalf. We also use Microsoft Office and its associated storage facilities for e-mails and other files.

Retention period of personal data

If you requested a quotation from us but did not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Likewise, if we received a quotation from you but did not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact.

If you did become our customer or we became yours, we will retain your personal data for seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully performed. For deliveries with a CE marking, we will retain your data for ten years. The seven-year period corresponds to the statutory tax retention period. The ten-year period corresponds to the retention period required for CE marking documentation. After these periods, we will delete your personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request that we supplement your personal data or correct inaccuracies. In addition, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data or restriction of its use. You may also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Lead info

We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V. from Rotterdam.

This tool recognizes business visitors to our website on the basis of IP addresses and shows us publicly available company information, such as company names and addresses. Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to analyze visitor behavior on our website. In addition, the tool processes domain names from form entries (e.g., “leadinfo.com”) to link IP addresses to companies and to improve its services.
